Back Office Employee

Within the Back Office Support team, you act as the link between departments such as logistics, accounting, field service, and sales.

Your responsibilities include:

• Answering questions and providing service information

• Following up on orders and SAP-related processes

• Supporting field service engineers in their daily work

• Processing reports and updating systems

• Resolving issues related to invoicing and inventory

• Supporting the Inside Sales team with contract administration

You will join a team of approximately 20 colleagues from diverse backgrounds, where collaboration and quality are key.

• Service-oriented and accurate

• Structured and process-driven

• Experience with SAP is a strong plus

• Team player, but also able to work independently

• Strong communication skills

• Flexible and hands-on mentality

• Good planning and prioritization skills

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Salary between €19.10 and €23.80 per hour (depending on experience)
