Production & Greenhouse Worker (Entry/Junior/Medior) Logistics Bleiswijk

As a Production & Greenhouse Worker, you’ll work in a modern greenhouse environment in Bleiswijk. You make sure production runs smoothly and that the plants and products stay in top condition. You support with sorting, packaging, and preparing plants or vegetables for shipping, and you keep the workspace tidy. You’ll be part of a team where cooperation and quality are key. Your tasks include:

• Sorting and checking plants, flowers, or vegetables
• Packing products according to instructions
• Preparing orders for shipment
• Helping keep the workplace clean and safe
• Noticing and reporting abnormalities
• Thinking along about improvements in the production process You usually work from Monday to Friday in day shifts, with hours between 07:00 and 17:00. Occasionally, there may be a Saturday shift, depending on how busy it is.

• You have a high school (VMBO) work and thinking level
• Preferably, you have experience in production, greenhouse, logistics, or as an order picker (0 to 5 years)
• You are physically fit and don’t mind standing work
• You speak Dutch or English, so you can collaborate well with your team
