Production Operator / 3 shifts

As a Production Operator at Snack Connection in Bergschenhoek, you will play a key role in our production process. You will operate and monitor packaging machines to ensure that our products meet quality standards. In our bustling production facility, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment, ensuring the smooth running of the production line, and solving any problems that arise. Your daily tasks will include:

• Operating packaging machines efficiently
• Performing quality checks to ensure product standards
• Performing routine equipment maintenance

You will work full-time, mainly on weekdays. Occasional weekend work may be required, for which additional compensation will be provided.

You will work in a 3-shift system from Monday to Friday

• Morning shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
• Afternoon shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:45 p.m.
• Night shift: 10:00 p.m. to 6:45 a.m.

• At least 1 year of experience in production or machine operation

• Experience in food production is an advantage

• Vmbo level of working and thinking

• Basic communication skills in English

• Availability to work in rotating shifts

• Ability to follow food safety and hygiene procedures

• Ability to commute to Bergschenhoek (max. 40 km)

• €16.28 per hour gross (depending on experience)

• Shift allowance: 14% for 2 shifts, 19% for 3 shifts

• Extra allowances: 30% on Saturdays, 100% on public holidays, 8% holiday allowance
