Warehouse Employee in the Expediting Department

As a forklift operator, you will be responsible for transporting raw materials and finished garden tiles, preparing orders for shipment, as well as loading and unloading goods. You will work closely with the logistics department, maintain order in the warehouse, follow health and safety regulations, and inspect the quality of the tiles before shipment. Additionally, you will support the production department in ensuring a smooth flow of materials.

Main Responsibilities:

• Transporting products within the warehouse using a forklift
• Picking orders using a digital picking screen according to order specifications
• Quality control of products for compliance with orders
• Transporting products to designated loading areas
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the facility
• Supporting equipment and infrastructure maintenance

Working a 1-shift schedule, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM, with the possibility of overtime during peak demand periods.

• Experience operating forklifts (certification is preferred not required)
• Experience working in a similar position in a warehouse or expediting department
• Knowledge of basic warehouse systems and health and safety rules
• Ability to work in a team and independently carry out assigned tasks
• Proficiency in English or Dutch to enable communication
• Availability for full-time work

• Salary: €16.33 per hour (including ATV allowance of 4.72%)
• 150% bonus for overtime work beyond 8 hours per day
