Productionworker 3-shifts

As a production worker, you are an essential part of the production process. You start your workday together with your colleagues in a clean and organized production hall, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to schedule. You operate machines, inspect materials, and ensure that finished products meet the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machines
• Packing and labeling products according to fixed guidelines
• Inspecting raw materials and finished products
• Identifying and resolving minor technical issues
• Keeping your workplace clean and safe
• Consulting with colleagues and reporting to the supervisor
• Actively contributing to process improvements

You work from Monday through Friday. The working hours and corresponding allowances are:

• 06:00 – 14:30 (14% shift allowance)
• 14:30 – 23:00 (14% shift allowance)
• 21:30 – 06:00 (21% shift allowance)

• VMBO level of education and thinking
• Experience in a production environment is a plus
• Basic knowledge of English to understand work instructions
• Living within approximately 20 km of Alblasserdam
• Full-time availability and able to work day shifts
• Accurate and quality-focused work attitude

• A gross hourly wage of €15.50
• Shift allowances ranging from 114% up to 184%
• A full-time position of 40–45 hours per week
• 8% holiday allowance and accrual of vacation days
