Lidl Venlo - Warehouse Worker

With quick training as a warehouse worker, you will learn how to work at Lidl Venlo on your first day: 

If you are an Order Picker, you will pick non-food products from the Lidl Online warehouse with a hand scanner and place the products into your basket. This job involves walking 15,000 steps a day.

If you are in the packing department, you will be packing orders.

It is important that all customers receive their orders correctly and on time.

At the Lidl warehouse, you will work closely with colleagues from different departments to ensure that all processes are carried out as promptly and efficiently as possible.

You have EU citizenship or a work permit in the Netherlands 

You love being on the go! Why? Because you can walk approximately 15 km a day to collect orders (varies depending on the department) 

Intermediate English  

You are a real go-getter and work meticulously

You can be flexible with working hours

Gross hourly wage €14.71 (possibility of increasing hourly wage based on performance within 13 weeks) 

40 hours per week, 2 shifts (06:00 - 14:15 / 15:15 - 23:30)

In Venlo you can find Lidl's e-commerce distribution center. This new company is part of Lidl International and is responsible for the logistics services of our e-commerce operations. From here (after opening), non-food products are collected daily and shipped to our web store customers in Western Europe.
