Stock Control Officer

As a Stock Control Officer, you are responsible for monitoring both the physical stock and system records, identifying discrepancies, and providing clear visibility of the warehouse for the team and clients. You handle stock differences, process requests, and support improvements in inventory management by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to ensure accurate and up-to-date stock information.

• Checking and reporting inventory results, resolving shortages or surpluses
• Monitoring stock levels and updating system data
• Collecting information and preparing reports
• Detecting and correcting errors in warehouse data
• Assisting in improving inventory management

Working hours:

Work takes place Monday to Friday in two shifts:

• 06:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 00:00

After a few weeks, weekend work is also possible.

• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience working with SAP and Microsoft Office 365 (knowledge of Power BI is a big advantage!)
• Experience with EPT and reach truck - we can help you get certified!
• Ability to work independently and accurately

• 8% holiday allowance
• 130% shift bonus from Monday to Friday, 18:00–00:00
• 150% rate on Saturdays and 200% on Sundays and public holidays
