Experienced Production Employee Fresh Produce Sector Ridderkerk

You'll work on the production floor of Van Gelder Groente & Fruit, where you and your colleagues ensure top-quality fresh vegetables and fruit. Your workday starts between 06:00 and 08:00, and you finish between 16:00 and 17:00. You work Monday through Saturday, with two days off each week. The work environment is clean, modern, and team-oriented. Your tasks are varied, including:

• Processing raw vegetables and fruit, such as peeling, removing seeds, and checking for quality
• Manually and mechanically cutting vegetables and fruit
• Carefully packing and repacking products
• Finishing salads and other dishes on the production line
• Manually filling containers according to instructions
• Checking correct weight and labeling on products
• Daily cleaning and maintenance of machines and tools

Each day is different, but the focus is always on quality, hygiene, and teamwork.

• You have at least mbo (secondary vocational) working and thinking level
• You preferably have 0 to 2 years of experience as a production employee, operator, packing employee, or a similar role
• You are willing to work day shifts and don’t mind working occasional Saturdays
• You live within 50 km of Ridderkerk
• You speak and understand Dutch well enough to follow instructions
• You work accurately and are motivated to work with fresh products
