Productionworker

As a production worker, you are an essential part of the production process. You start your workday together with your colleagues in a clean and organized production hall, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to schedule. You operate machines, inspect materials, and ensure that finished products meet the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machines
• Packing and labeling products according to fixed guidelines
• Inspecting raw materials and finished products
• Identifying and resolving minor technical issues
• Keeping your workplace clean and safe
• Consulting with colleagues and reporting to the supervisor
• Actively contributing to process improvements

You will work 40 to 45 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. In most cases, this involves day shifts, with occasional adjusted working hours depending on production planning.

• VMBO level of education and thinking
• Experience in a production environment is a plus
• Basic knowledge of English to understand work instructions
• Living within approximately 20 km of Alblasserdam
• Full-time availability and able to work day shifts
• Accurate and quality-focused work attitude

• A gross hourly wage between €17.58 and €18.66 (depending on experience)
• A full-time position of 40–45 hours per week
