Working Foreman (Meewerkend Voorman) - Logistics Team Leadership in Gorredijk

As a Working Foreman (Meewerkend Voorman), you play a key role in the logistics process for consumer orders, especially for a Coffee company. You'll assemble mix packages, ensure quality standards are met, and support the supervisor in daily operations. Your day-to-day will include checking and sorting incoming goods using detailed checklists, placing pallets in the warehouse using reach trucks and scanners, and picking orders with pick-to-light systems. You'll be hands-on in both individual and team tasks, always looking for ways to boost efficiency and motivate your colleagues. You'll also help coach and develop your team, sharing your logistics know-how to raise everyone’s game. The working environment is a bustling warehouse, where you’ll work flexible shifts, including evenings and some Saturdays, according to a set schedule.

• MBO working and thinking level
• At least 2 years of experience as a logistics team leader, warehouse foreman, or similar role
• Strong communication skills in Dutch, both written and spoken
• Hands-on experience with barcode scanning technology and inventory control procedures
• Proven ability to coach and motivate team members
• Willingness to work flexible hours and some Saturdays
