Dutch-Speaking Distribution Employee De Lier

As a Distribution Employee at Poortcamp, you play a key role in the daily logistics operations. You work closely with drivers and warehouse colleagues and support operator-related activities during peak periods. The role requires clear communication, a structured way of working, and the ability to perform well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating daily distribution and logistics activities

• Communicating with drivers in Dutch and English

• Working with administrative and operational systems (Office)

• Identifying and resolving minor operational or technical issues

• Supporting operations during peak periods, including weekend work

• Fluent Dutch (required)

• Good command of the English language

• Living in or near De Lier / Poortcamp area

• Available for an immediate start

• Affinity with logistics and technical processes

• Basic PC skills (Office)

• Flexible availability during peak seasons, including weekends

• Motivation to grow towards an Operator position

Experience is a plus, but motivation, reliability, and willingness to learn are decisive.
