Maintenance Technician (Monteur Technische Dienst)

Job Summary

As a Maintenance Technician, you and the technical team ensure that our modern and automated machinery park keeps running. You are responsible for (preventive) maintenance and resolving technical malfunctions of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic nature. You make proposals for improvement or replacement of machines/installations and monitor their realization. Additionally, you perform inspections and the associated administration.

Location & Hours

You will work 3 days per week in Heerenveen and 2 days per week in Kolham. A full-time position for 36–40 hours per week (divided over 4-5 days). Preferably, you live in the Drachten region.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess the maintenance condition of equipment and installations.

- Identify (potential) defects.

- Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance on our machinery.

- Perform inspections and record findings.

- Propose improvements or replacements for machines and installations.

Requirements

- Completed (technical) MBO education.

- Good command of the Dutch language.

- Some experience as a maintenance technician or technical service employee in an industrial environment or process technology.

- B driver's license.

- Social, structured, independent, proactive, stress-resistant, collegial, and pleasant to work with.

- Occasionally available in the weekend and evenings.
