Logistic Employee

As an internal transport worker at Syngenta, you will be responsible for moving goods safely and efficiently within our site. Your duties include transporting materials to designated areas using forklifts and electric pallet trucks (EPT). You will also maintain order in the workplace and support the smooth flow of logistics processes. Together with the team, you ensure that assigned tasks are completed on time, strictly adhering to safety regulations. Through your efforts, you ensure a smooth flow of goods. 

Responsibilities: 

• Transport goods to appropriate locations 
• Organise and maintain a safe and clean working environment 
• Work with the team to achieve logistics goals 
• Follow company guidelines and safety regulations 
• Inspect goods and report any discrepancies 

Working hours: 

• Working days: Monday to Sunday 
• Shifts: from 06:00 to 16:00 and from 05:00 to 12:00 
• Full-time, 38-40 hours per week

• Knowledge of Dutch or English at a communicative level 
• Flexibility to work in shifts 
• Experience in logistics processes 
• Ability to work in a team, be proactive and have an eye for detai

• Gross hourly wage from €15.72 per hour 
• Saturday work allowance of 125 
• Sunday working allowance of 200 
• Travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometre
