Logistics Associate

As a Logistics Associate in the Inbound department, you play a key role in ensuring that all incoming shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. You will work with SAP and TMS systems, managing incoming orders while ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly and safely. Your work ensures that both the team and customers receive reliable and timely information about incoming goods.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Scanning and organizing incoming goods quickly and accurately
• Working in SAP and TMS systems according to established procedures
• Completing documentation accurately following instructions
• Operating an electric pallet truck (EPT) when needed
• Reporting hazardous or problematic situations to management

Working hours:

The job is from Monday to Friday in two shifts:

• 06:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 00:00

• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Ability to work with computers (TMS, e.g., SAP system, and Microsoft Office 365)
• Previous experience operating an EPT (electric pallet truck) – we help you obtain certifications!
• Attention to detail and accuracy in your work

• Monthly gross salary: €2,556 – €2,810
• 8% holiday allowance
• 130% pay for work Monday to Friday from 18:00 to 00:00
• 150% pay on Saturdays and 200% on Sundays and public holidays
• Full-time, 38 to 40 hours per week
