Production Employee in Ridderkerk

As a Production Employee, you are responsible for processing fresh fruits and vegetables. You work meticulously, ensuring quality remains consistently high. Your tasks are diverse, and no day is the same. Some of your responsibilities include:

• Processing raw fruits and vegetables (peeling, removing seeds, etc.)
• Manually and/or mechanically cutting fruits and vegetables
• Carefully packaging and repackaging products
• Completing (meal) salads and other dishes on the conveyor belt
• Manually filling containers according to instructions and/or rules
• Checking the correct weight on the scale
• Checking the correct labels and dates on products
• Ensuring products are properly sealed (or that foil is securely attached)
• Daily cleaning and maintenance of machines and tools

You will work from Monday to Saturday, with two days off each week, ensuring a flexible 5-day workweek. The job is in day shifts, with start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM and end times between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
• Good physical condition, as the job involves standing and moving a lot
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures
