Pollinator Bergschenhoek

In this role, you will work with different crops throughout their growth stages. Your tasks will include:

• Carrying out controlled pollination and cross-breeding procedures
• Carefully sowing seeds and monitoring early growth
• Registering and tracking germination data on digital devices
• Collecting plant parts at the right moment
• Cleaning, separating, and preparing seeds
• Processing seed batches according to internal guidelines
• Assisting other teams when needed, including occasional work at different sites

Experience in greenhouse work, nurseries, laboratories, or similar environments is a bonus. More important, however, are your eagerness to learn, flexibility, and ability to perform repetitive or detailed tasks with care.

• Some experience with pollination or plant reproduction
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused
• Willingness to occasionally work on Saturdays
• Basic digital skills (tablets, simple software)
• Ability to communicate in basic English or Dutch

• Starting wage of €15.87 gross per hour
