Machine Operator

As a Operator, you will become an essential part of our team of enthusiastic operators, all working toward shared goals. You will be responsible for your own production line, which includes:

• Solving minor issues independently and contacting the technical service for more complex problems.
• Leading and communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth production.
• Working with the logistics department to ensure timely supply of raw materials for an efficient process.

Your tasks will include making, cutting, mixing, and packing various types of tapas. You will work in a refrigerated environment, with a workplace temperature of around 6 degrees.

You will work in two shifts from Monday to Friday: 06:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 23:00.

• At least 1 year of work experience as a production worker or machine operator in the food industry.
• Residing near Katwijk.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system (06:00 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 23:00).
• Fine motor skills (the work is not physically demanding).
• Comfortable working in a cooled environment.
