Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth and safe production process. You set up the packaging machines correctly, monitor their performance, and intervene when necessary. You ensure product quality by performing regular checks and reporting any deviations immediately.

You also carry out minor maintenance, resolve first-line technical issues, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. You work closely with colleagues on the production line to ensure consistent output and high quality standards.

You will work in a 3-shift rotation (Monday to Friday):

• Morning: 06:00 – 14:45
• Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:45
• Night: 22:00 – 06:45

• Experience in production or as an operator (preferably in food)
• Technical insight and skilled with machinery
• Good command of English
• Accurate and able to perform well under pressure

• Hourly wage from €18–19
• Shift allowance: +19% (3 shifts) / +14% (2 shifts)
• Additional bonuses: +30% on Saturdays, +100% on public holidays
• 8% holiday allowance
