Logistics Associate

As a Logistics Associate in the Inbound department, you play a key role in ensuring that all inbound shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. You will work with SAP and TMS systems to manage incoming orders, while keeping the warehouse running smoothly and safely. Your work ensures that both the team and customers receive reliable, timely information about stock arrivals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Scan and sort incoming stock efficiently and accurately
• Manage and execute SAP and TMS processes according to established procedures
• Complete all paperwork and documentation accurately as instructed
• Operate an electric pallet truck when needed
• Identify and report any unsafe or inefficient conditions to management

The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.

• Solid foundational knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Experience working with computers, the SAP system, and various TMS programs
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every task
• Possession of VGB and ELA certificates, confirming commitment to industry standards
