Assembly Worker

You will be at the heart of our operations, supporting the installation, maintenance, and production of cutting-edge horticultural lighting systems for greenhouses. As an Assembly Worker, you'll have the chance to work both in our modern workshop and on-site across various locations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Installing lighting fixtures and connecting prefabricated cables
• Preparing lighting components and assembling control panels in the workshop
• Conducting repairs and service tasks locally and throughout Europe
• Ensuring all systems operate efficiently and meet quality standards

You'll be working full-time from Monday to Friday in morning shifts 7:00-18:00

• Motivation and willingness to work both in the factory and on-site
• Valid driving license
• Proficiency in English or Romanian
• Comfort with heights and willingness to work on construction platforms
