Day Shift Warehouse Operator

Are you a hands-on go-getter who loves rolling up your sleeves? As a Warehouse Operator, you are an indispensable part of our warehouse team, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Load and unload trucks and containers, making sure goods are safely and efficiently placed.
• Temporarily replace the Warehouse Supervisor (MVL) during their absence to keep the warehouse running.
• Scan and register shipments in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Perform various additional tasks, such as labeling, sealing, and packaging.
• Assemble and manage battery filling systems.
• Maintain batteries and warehouse equipment to ensure everything functions reliably.
• Prepare and handle racking and shelving materials.
• Assist with customs inspections and related administrative tasks.
• Inspect goods and report any damages to the warehouse team lead.

Who You Are: A practical, proactive team player who works accurately and isn’t afraid of challenges. You have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a dynamic warehouse environment.

• Conducts inventory counts.
• Understands and follows safety rules and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Is experienced in working with the mobile version of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Has knowledge of scanning and entering data into the WMS, including handling basic information and special cases such as returns, damages, shortages, and corrections.
• Holds a forklift and reach truck license, VCA and first aid (BHV) certifications, and proof of ADR Awareness training.
• Ensures, together with the team, that all daily tasks are completed according to the day’s schedule and checks their own work.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment in accordance with the 5S methodology.
• Works according to customs regulations, first aid (BHV), safety, and ADR Awareness guidelines.

• Working hours: 07:00 – 16:00
• Travel allowance: €0.23 per km
• Holiday allowance: 8.33%
