As a recruitment consultant, you are responsible for relationship management and coordinating daily activities. You serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters and the clients under your care. Your tasks include:

• Scheduling staff and transportation
• Performing back-office tasks like accurate salary payments and contract creation
• Coordinating recruitment processes, including planning and conducting interviews
• Managing quality pool administration, from absenteeism and leave to evaluation discussions
• Actively recruiting candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media, and networking events

You will work from Monday to Friday.

• Minimum MBO 4 working and thinking level
• Driver's license B
• Commercial mindset
• English and Polish speaking
• You can communicate well with flexible workers and clients

• A starting salary between € 2,500 and € 3,100 gross per month based on 40 hours per week
• Laptop and smartphone
• Travel allowance of € 0.21 per km or full reimbursement of public transport costs
