Productionworker

As a production worker, you will be responsible for processing fresh fruits and vegetables. You will work with precision to maintain consistently high quality standards. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, ensuring that each day brings new challenges. Some of your responsibilities include:

• Processing raw fruits and vegetables (peeling, removing seeds, etc.)
• Manual and/or machine cutting of fruits and vegetables
• Carefully packing and repacking produce
• Completing (meals) salads and other dishes on a conveyor belt 
• Manually filling containers according to instructions and/or rules 
• Checking correct weight on scale 
• Checking correct labels and dates on products 
• Checking that products are properly sealed (that the film is airtight) 
• Daily cleaning and maintenance of machines and tools

Your working days will be Monday to Saturday, with two days off each week. This makes for a flexible working week of 5 days. You will work in a day shift. Your working hours are between 06:00 and 08:00 and end time between 16:00 and 17:00.

• You are proficient in Dutch or English
• You are available for full-time work and have flexible hours
• You have no issue working in a cool environment (around 5°C)
• You have your own accommodation and can commute to Ridderkerk independently

• Competitive hourly wage of € 14,40 gross
• Shift bonuses ranging from 125% to 140% for hours between 19:00 and 06:00
• Vacation bonus of 8.3%, so you can make the most of your time off
• Overtime bonus of 135% for hours worked beyond 38 per week
