Picker Outbound

As an Outbound Order Picker at DHL Weert, you will be part of a team responsible for the smooth operation of the warehouse. Your main task is to ensure that all packages are shipped and delivered on time! In addition to order picking, you will also perform other tasks, such as operating a reach truck, forklift, OPT, or EPT (electric pallet truck).

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Picking order lines
• Placing picked items in designated drop zones
• Measuring products

Working hours:Work takes place from Monday to Saturday on a two-shift system from Monday to Friday:

• 06:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 00:00

To start working as an Outbound Order Picker at DHL Weert, the following are important:

• Basic knowledge of logistics
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Work experience and possession of valid EPT, Reach Truck, or OPT certifications
• Required VGB and ELA certificates
• Accuracy and attention to detail – excellent eye for detail (verified by a test)

• Gross wage of €14.77/hour
• 8% holiday allowance
• 130% bonus from Monday to Friday between 18:00 – 00:00
• 150% rate on Saturdays and 200% rate on Sundays and public holidays
• Full-time position: 38 to 40 hours per week
