Production Worker Ridderkerk

As a production worker, you play a vital role in processing fresh fruits and vegetables while upholding the highest quality standards. No two days are the same, making your work dynamic, hands-on, and rewarding.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and cutting fresh produce

• Assembling and packing fresh meals and salads

• Carefully filling, weighing, labeling, and sealing products

• Keeping workstations and equipment clean and well-maintained

You’ll work between Monday and Saturday, with one or two days off each week.

The workday starts at 06:00 and ends around 17:00. Depending on the workload, a later start time may occasionally be possible.

• You understand and can speak basic English level or Dutch
• Working in a cool environment (5°C) is not a problem for you
• You have experience in production - plus if in food industry

• Earn a hourly wage of €14.40 gross, with an overtime bonus of 135% after 38hours per week
• Travel allowance of €0.23/km for distances over 10 km
