Production Worker – Seed Processing (Enkhuizen)

As part of this company, you will work in the seed processing department where seeds are cleaned, upgraded, disinfected, and prepared for farmers worldwide. This work is done both manually and with the help of advanced machinery. You’ll be responsible for multiple steps in the process, making sure that only the best-quality seeds leave the production floor.

Your main tasks:

• Operating specialized machines and following work instructions
• Cleaning, drying, and disinfecting seed lots
• Detecting deviations in quality and solving issues quickly
• Taking and registering samples (moisture, weight, appearance)
• Using a forklift to move pallets of seed batches safely to the right locations
• Accurately recording data and reporting to your team leader

Work is done from Monday to Friday in day shifts only – so your evenings and weekends are free.

• Valid forklift (heftruck) certificate and experience
• Experience in production or machine operation
• Comfortable with physically active work
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
• Good command of Dutch
• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods

• A gross hourly salary of €17.50 
• Travel allowance: €0.23 per km (from 5 km)
