General Fieldworker

As a General Fieldworker, your main tasks include:

• Sowing by hand and machine
• Harvesting crops and leaf cutting
• Vibrating trusses and preparing facilities
• Removing crops and cleaning facilities
• Following daily instructions and supporting other teams when needed

This role requires good physical condition, careful handling of plants, and a tidy approach. Tasks may involve bending, lifting, or standing/sitting for long periods.

Location: Bergschenhoek

Hours: This is a full-time position with day shift only.
(Peak seasons may require extended hours, Saturdays, or shift work)

• Similar previous experience
• Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team
• Flexible and willing to support other teams or locations
• Good communication skills in English and/or Dutch
• Attentive to quality and able to identify deviations
• Responsible use of tools and equipment
• Physically fit for repetitive tasks and lifting

• Salary: €16,63 per hour
• Travel Allowance: €0.23 per km
