Maintenance Technician - Production

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our production and washing equipment. You’ll work with a wide range of modern machines (around 450 in total, including cutting, packaging, and conveyor systems). 

Your main tasks:

• Performing maintenance and repairs on production and packaging machinery.
• Replacing blades, bearings, and drives, and ensuring machines run safely and efficiently.
• Solving mechanical and electrical faults quickly and effectively.
• Moving machines and installing new connections.
• Carrying out (partial) overhauls and preventative maintenance.
• Inspecting machines critically and addressing issues before they become problems.

You’ll work closely with a team of skilled technicians who share knowledge and help each other grow.

• Technical education or proven technical skills.
• Team player with a strong focus on safety.
• Work experience in a similar maintenance position is a strong plus.
• Good command of Dutch (and preferably some English).
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn.
