Teamleader Production 2 shifts

As Production Team Leader you are responsible for managing and motivating a team of line operators and production employees. You organize the production process, monitor progress and ensure that the production and packaging lines run smoothly and trouble-free. You also supervise compliance with hygiene and safety regulations and coordinate staff schedules with HR and employment agencies. You will work closely with quality controllers, technical department and HR.

Your responsibilities:

• Efficiently realize production orders according to schedule
• Directing, motivating and coaching the production team.
• Reporting deviations in the field of planning, quality and technique.
•  Drawing up and following up on personnel planning in cooperation with HR.
• Monitoring progress and making adjustments where necessary for an optimal packaging process

The work is from Monday through Friday (every other week on Saturday for morning shifts), in two shifts:

• Morning: 06:00 - 14:00
• Afternoon/evening: 14:00 - 22:00

• Experience in a production environment with technical insight
• Good command of the English language and Polish or Dutch
• Availability to work in different shifts and working days
• Willing to work on Saturdays every other week 
• Team player with a positive and energetic attitude

• Gross hourly wage between 18,44 and 23,82
• Travel allowance of €0.10 per km (10 km to 30 km)
• Shift bonuses: 25% between 19:00 - 23:00 and 40% between 23:00 - 00:00
• Overtime bonuses up to 30%
• Working in a refrigerated environment of 8°C

The company works with products from its own cultivation and from growers in Europe, Africa and South America. The modern, refrigerated packing hall in Horst allows for year-round packing of blueberries, where quality and efficiency are key.
