Over de functie
As an Operations Specialist in the warehouse, you play a key role in handling and preparing seed orders. You’ll work with both manual and machine processes to ensure high-quality packaging and timely delivery.
Your main tasks:
- Packaging and repackaging seeds (manual & machine)
- Setting up, adjusting, and cleaning equipment
- Performing simple quality checks
- Picking, preparing, and processing customer orders
- Reporting issues and helping improve processes
- Supporting other teams when needed
- Keeping the workplace safe, clean, and organized
Working hours:
- Day shift from 07:00 to 16:00

Wat wij vragen
- MBO working and thinking level
- Good command of Dutch; English is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar operational/warehouse role is preferred
- Accurate, structured, and flexible mindset
- Strong motivation and willingness to learn
