Team Leader in Utrecht

As a Team Leader Cold Logistics, you are responsible for managing the daily operations. During the shift you will:

• Lead the daily operations in our cold warehouse, making sure everything runs safely, efficiently, and smoothly.

• Guide and motivate your team to deliver top quality and productivity, and you step in when needed.

• You’re a hands-on leader who works well in the cold, takes care of your people.

Flexibility to work in shifts and sometimes on Saturdays:

• 05:45 until 14:15
• 14:45 until 00:00

• Experience in a similar role
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication skills, both in English and Dutch

• Competitive salary between €3,000.00 and €4,000.00 per month
• 8.75% shift allowance and a cold-work allowance of €40.52 every 4 weeks
