Recruitment Consultant Weert

As a recruitment consultant, you are responsible for relationship management and coordination of daily operations. You are the first point of contact for all HR-related matters and the clients under your management. You will do this by:

• Planning personnel and transportation
• Backoffice tasks such as accurately processing payroll and contracts
• Coordinating recruitment procedures, including scheduling and conducting interviews
• Ensuring quality pool management, from absenteeism and vacation days to evaluation meetings
• Actively recruiting candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events

• Minimum MBO 4 working and thinking level
• Driver's license B
• Commercial mindset
• Good command of Dutch, additional languages are a plus!
• You can communicate well with temporary workers as well as with clients

• A starting salary between € 2,500 and € 3,100 gross per month based on 40 hours per week
