Working Foreman – Capelle aan den IJssel

As a Working Foreman, you are the link between the employees on the shop floor and the daily production process. You lead the team, monitor the work, and actively contribute to solving technical and operational challenges. You work with a predominantly CNC-controlled machine park used for various machining processes involving industrial cutting tools.

Your day includes:

• Supervising and supporting employees on the shop floor
• Planning and coordinating daily activities to ensure production runs smoothly
• Working hands-on with CNC-controlled machinery and production processes
• Identifying and solving technical and operational problems
• Monitoring the quality and progress of the work
• Looking for ways to improve processes, machines, and team performance
• Supporting and motivating employees to achieve the best possible results
• Working in accordance with safety, quality, and company procedures
• Taking responsibility for a safe, efficient, and well-organized workplace

You will work in a dynamic environment where initiative and practical problem-solving are highly valued. 

• At least MBO working and thinking level
• At least 2 years of experience as a lead operator, production team leader, or similar role in the metal industry
• Experience with CNC machines and technical processes
• Good command of the Dutch language
• Technical insight and a feel for automation
• Strong social and communication skills
• Hands-on mentality and stress-resistant attitude

• Gross salary of €3,500 - €4,200 per month based on 38 hours per week
