CNC Grinder – Capelle aan den IJssel

As a CNC Grinder, you will work in a technical and hands-on environment where precision and quality are key.

Your day includes:

• Operating and setting CNC grinding machines
• Sharpening and processing industrial cutting tools
• Working from technical drawings and specifications
• Checking the quality of finished products
• Identifying and solving technical issues
• Developing your grinding and technical skills
• Working safely and accurately

Experience as a CNC Grinder is preferred, but candidates with CNC experience and a strong willingness to learn are also welcome.

• Completed technical education, preferably with a diploma
• Experience working with CNC machines
• Experience as a CNC Grinder is a plus
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Technical insight and a hands-on mentality
• Accurate and quality-focused
• Able to work independently
• Willingness to learn

• Gross salary of €2,800 – €3,500 per month
