Orderpicker | Logistics Distribution Center | Tiel (2026)

As an Orderpicker, you’ll start your shift with the team and a fresh cup of coffee, depending on whether you’re working the early or late shift. You’ll use a handheld scanner to collect products for customer orders, making sure every item is accurate and ready for shipping. Your daily tasks include performing quality checks, organizing your workspace, and sometimes helping to receive goods or check incoming shipments. Teamwork is key, and you’ll work closely with your colleagues to meet deadlines and keep everything running smoothly in the warehouse. You will work full-time in a two-shift system: the early shift is from 5:45 to 14:45 and the late shift is from 14:45 to 23:15, in a clean, organized, and safety-focused logistics center.

• Minimum education at VMBO level or comparable
• At least 1 year of experience as an orderpicker, warehouse worker, or logistics employee
• Good command of English and/or Dutch speaking skills
• Able to work accurately and keep your workspace organized
• Comfortable using handheld scanners and technology
• Team player who communicates well and is proactive
• Willing to commute up to 50 km to Tiel
