Maintenance Technician - Tilburg

As a Maintenance Technician at Kuehne + Nagel, you will be responsible for keeping technical installations and automated warehouse systems operational. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, identify technical failures and carry out repairs to minimize downtime.

You will work with mechanical, electrical and electromechanical systems in a modern logistics environment. Together with the technical maintenance team, you will ensure that installations remain safe, reliable and efficient.

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on technical installations
• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical failures
• Repairing and replacing technical components
• Working with automated warehouse and conveyor systems
• Performing technical inspections
• Responding to breakdowns and minimizing equipment downtime
• Keeping installations operational and safe
• Cooperating with other technicians and operational teams

• Technical experience in maintenance, mechanics, electromechanics or electrical work
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and/or electrical failures
• A hands-on and practical approach to technical problems
• The ability to work independently as well as within a technical team
• Good communication skills in English
• Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
• Willingness to work in shifts
• A driving licence is preferred

• €19.63 gross per hour base salary
• 35% shift allowance between 19:00 and 20:00 → €26.50 gross/hour
• 45% shift allowance between 20:00 and 04:00 → €28.46 gross/hour
• Full-time employment for 40 hours per week
