Production Operator – Giessen

As an Operator in Giessen, you’ll work with various production machines daily and ensure that the production process runs smoothly. You’ll monitor product quality, solve minor malfunctions, and keep your workspace clean and safe. You’ll become part of a friendly team that supports each other. Your responsibilities include:

• Operating and setting up production machines
• Checking the quality of products
• Troubleshooting minor technical issues
• Keeping your work area clean and organized
• Noticing irregularities and reporting them to the team leader
• Contributing to improvements in the production process
• Following all safety procedures

You’ll work in a modern production environment. Working hours are during the day, from Monday to Friday, 36 to 40 hours per week.

• At least a high school (vmbo) diploma or equivalent
• Experience as an Operator, Production Worker, or similar position is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn new skills and work hands-on
• Living within 30 kilometers of Giessen
• Good command of the Dutch language
• Accurate and quality-focused
• Flexible and a team player
