Orderpicker

As an Order Picker, you work at Lidl's distribution centre in Waddinxveen. During your shift, you drive an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) through the warehouse. Using a voice-picking system, you receive instructions about exactly which products and quantities you need to collect. Together with your colleagues, you make sure every order is complete and ready on time for delivery to the stores.

You will work in the shelf-stable products department and your responsibilities include:

• Collecting orders using a voice-picking system
• Operating an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT)
• Checking that the correct products and quantities have been collected
• Packing and preparing complete orders
• Making sure orders are correctly prepared for further processing
• Keeping your workplace clean and safe

Working hours

You work the day shift from 07:30 AM to 04:30 PM.

You mainly work from Monday to Friday. You may also be scheduled to work during the weekend. The schedule is prepared several weeks in advance, so you will know your working days well ahead of time.

• You speak Dutch, English and/or Polish
• You are available to work 40 hours per week
• You have experience working in a distribution centre, preferably with food products
• You have experience operating an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT)
• You have your own accommodation in the Rotterdam area
• You are flexible and available to work weekends when scheduled

• €16.20 gross per hour, including 8.1% ADV allowance
• 130% pay on Saturdays
• 150% pay on Sundays
• Travel allowance or transportation provided by Carrière
