Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you will work daily to find and select talent for a wide range of roles with our partners in Rotterdam. You’ll conduct intake interviews and candidate screenings, getting a clear picture of their skills and ambitions. You’ll then guide them throughout the entire application process, from registration to placement. You’ll maintain contact with candidates and build long-term relationships. You’ll also work closely with your recruitment team colleagues to develop new strategies for attracting talent and improving our processes. You’ll register flexible workers and make sure all administrative tasks around placements run smoothly. Staying updated on labor market trends and using this knowledge to enhance the recruitment process is part of your role. Your work location is our modern office in the heart of Rotterdam, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

• At least mbo (secondary vocational) working and thinking level
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken
• Affinity with recruitment, HR, or working with people (experience as a staffing consultant, recruiter, or HR assistant is a plus)
• Strong social and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to see what makes a candidate unique
• Living within 30 km of Rotterdam
• Preferably also fluent in Polish or Ukrainian

• Salary between € 2600 and € 3600 gross per month, depending on experience
