Machine Operator Helmond

As a Machine Operator at CANPACK, you are an important part of the production process. You work with advanced, fully automated machinery and make sure the production line runs safely, efficiently, and according to the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting automated production machines
• Checking the production process and ensuring machines run efficiently
• Identifying and responding to machine irregularities and production issues
• Performing quality checks on finished products
• Carrying out adjustments and basic interventions when required
• Following production instructions and established safety procedures
• Keeping the workplace clean, organized, and safe
• Working closely with colleagues and the Shift Leader to achieve production targets
• Participating in shift handovers and communicating important production information

You will work in a 5-shift rotation system with an attractive schedule:

• 2 morning shifts: 06:00 – 14:00
• 2 afternoon shifts: 14:00 – 22:00
• 2 night shifts: 22:00 – 06:00
• Followed by 4 days off

• Experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar production environment is an advantage
• Technical insight and an interest in working with modern machinery
• Good communication skills in Dutch or English
• Basic computer skills
• Own transportation to the workplace in Helmond
• Availability to work in a 5-shift rotation, including nights and weekends
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, highly automated production environment

Experience in the packaging industry is not essential. We are especially interested in motivated people who are eager to learn, work well as part of a team, and take responsibility for their work.

• Gross hourly salary between €22.60 and €25.00
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
