Returns Specialist

As a Vendor Returns Specialist and become a key part of our logistics operations by ensuring that returned tools are properly inspected, tracked, and processed. In this role, you will combine hands-on work with data management, supporting smooth cooperation between our warehouse and repair vendors. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented person who enjoys working with tools, improving processes, and developing skills in a dynamic environment.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Open and inspect returned tool packages
• Check repair status and track tool progress
• Perform visual inspections and identify issues
• Update inspection data in SAP
• Support daily warehouse operations

Work time:

The work is from Monday to Friday in a two-shift system:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 15:00
• Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 00:00

• Experience working with Microsoft Office and SAP (or similar ERP system)
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Experience operating EPT or Stacker- we help you get certified!
• Accuracy and attention to detail in your work

• Gross monthly salary: € 2,630 - € 2,879
• 8% holiday allowance
• 130% shift allowance from Monday to Friday, 18:00–00:00
• 150% on Saturdays and 200% on Sundays and public holidays
• Full-time, 38–40 hours per week
• Employee referral bonus of €200 gross after the referred employee has completed six full weeks of work
