Welder - MIG/MAG

Are you an experienced MIG/MAG Welder looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in high-tech manufacturing?

As a Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and welding high-quality steel frame constructions based on technical drawings and welding instructions. Working in a modern production environment, you will contribute to products that require precision, craftsmanship, and consistent quality.

Your responsibilities

• Perform MIG/MAG welding on steel frame constructions
• Read and interpret technical drawings and welding instructions
• Assemble products according to specifications
• Set up and operate welding equipment
• Inspect weld quality and dimensional accuracy
• Prepare finished products for Quality Control
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Proven experience as a MIG/MAG Welder
• Experience welding steel constructions
• Ability to read technical drawings independently
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Good technical insight and attention to detail
• Good command of the English language
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule (with flexibility for future 3-shift work)

• Gross monthly salary between €3,180 and €4,935, depending on experience
• 16% shift allowance (2-shift schedule)
• Prospect of 25% shift allowance when transitioning to a 3-shift schedule
• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
