Team leader

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the effective organisation and smooth operation of production processes, as well as for achieving the agreed production targets. You will ensure compliance with food quality and safety requirements, taking both internal and external standards into account.

You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes in the areas of quality, innovation and cost reduction. You will also supervise compliance with all applicable quality and safety regulations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Organising and supervising production processes to ensure smooth operations and the achievement of agreed targets
• Managing, training, monitoring and supporting operators, as well as indirectly supervising production employees
• Ensuring compliance with Food Defense procedures designed to protect the integrity of raw materials and finished products
• Enforcing company regulations, procedures and internal policies
• Taking responsibility for the successful delivery of the onboarding programme for Assistant Team Leaders
  
  
  

Working Hours

Our operations run 24/7. This means that your schedule will include weekend work and a three-shift system.

Starting times vary depending on the shift and the team. For example, a morning shift may begin at 06:00, 08:00 or 10:00.

• A qualification or working and thinking level equivalent to MBO Level 4
• Good spoken and written communication skills in Dutch and/or English
• Knowledge of BRC, HACCP and GMP standards, as well as Arbo occupational health and safety regulations
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, including 5S and Lean
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• A gross hourly wage starting from €19.94
• Travel allowance for commuting distances of up to 30 km each way, with a maximum reimbursement of €12.60 per day
• A 40% shift allowance for working after 23:00
• A 100% allowance for working on Sundays
