Assistant Team Leader

As an Assistant Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the operation of multiple production lines and ensuring that production meets the required quality and quantity standards. Compliance with quality and safety regulations is essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Organising and coordinating the work of the production team
• Ensuring product quality and compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Solving day-to-day operational issues and responding to production deviations
• Training, onboarding, and supporting new employees
• Setting up machines according to the required parameters

Working hours

Our production facilities operate 24/7, which means you will work in a three-shift system, including weekends

Starting times vary depending on the shift and the team. For example, the morning shift may begin at 06:00, 08:00, or 10:00

• MBO Level 3 education or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Good command of Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in the food production industry.
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S and Lean.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Starting salary from €19.02 gross per hour.
• Travel allowance for commuting up to 30 km one way (up to €12.60 per day).
• 40% shift allowance for working after 23:00.
