Logistics Employee - Warehouse Operations

As a Logistics Employee at Syngenta - Poortcamp / De Lier, you help manage all warehouse processes in the distribution department. Your day will be a mix of automated order picking and manual warehouse tasks. You will arrange products on pallets, pick and prepare customer orders, and ensure everything is ready for loading and transportation. You’ll also check the quality and accuracy of outgoing orders and make sure all safety guidelines are followed. You’ll work in a modern warehouse, surrounded by a supportive team that values safety and efficiency. Your main responsibilities include:

• Arranging products on pallets in the correct order
• Picking and preparing orders for shipment
• Preparing products for loading
• Checking the quality and accuracy of orders
• Adhering to safety rules and deadlines
  You’ll work full-time or part-time, with shift options available between 36 and 40 hours per week. Shift times and days can be discussed to fit your availability.

• Vmbo working and thinking level
• From 0 to 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse, or similar roles (starter level)
• Ability to commute up to 40 km to DE LIER
• Willingness to work with both manual and automated processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Salary from € 16.19 to € 19.42 per hour, depending on experience
