Order Picker Nieuwegein

We are looking for motivated Order Pickers to join the GXO Logistics team in Nieuwegein. You will collect fresh food products using a voice-picking system and prepare orders for shipment.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Picking fresh products using voice picking
• Preparing orders for shipment
• Walking through the warehouse to collect products
• Lifting and moving products safely
• Ensuring orders are complete and accurate

The voice-picking system is available in Dutch, English, Polish, and Ukrainian, making your work easy to follow.

This is a physically demanding role that involves walking, lifting, and working in a cold warehouse (approximately 4°C).

Working hours (36–40 hours per week):

• Morning Shift: 05:00 – 14:30
• Night Shift: 19:30 – 04:00

To work as an Order Picker at GXO Logistics Nieuwegein, you should:

• Speak Dutch, English, Polish, or Ukrainian
• Be physically fit
• Be willing to work in a cold environment (4°C)
• Be flexible to work shifts

• Starting salary: €14.99 gross per hour
• Shift Allowances:
  25% allowance (€18.74/hour) between 19:00–21:00
  35% allowance (€20.24/hour) between 21:00–00:00
  45% allowance (€21.74/hour) between 00:00–06:00
  50% allowance (€22.49/hour) on Saturdays
  100% allowance (€29.98/hour) on Sundays
• Travel allowance of €0.23 net/km (up to €9.20 per day)
