Junior Production & Greenhouse Worker in Horticulture Bleiswijk

As a Production & Greenhouse Worker, you will be responsible for caring for plants, sorting and packaging products, and keeping the greenhouse clean. You work alongside colleagues on the shop floor and ensure everything runs smoothly. Your tasks are varied, and you receive clear instructions so you can get started right away. • Caring for plants, watering, and checking for quality
• Sorting, packaging, and preparing products for shipment
• Performing light maintenance on your workspace and tools
• Keeping your work area clean and safe
• Collaborating with colleagues to meet the daily schedule
• Taking on extra tasks during busy periods or seasonal peaks

You work Monday through Friday in day shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Weekend work is rare.

• You have a vocational (vmbo) working and thinking level
• Preferably, you have between 0 and 2 years of experience in production, logistics, horticulture, or as an order picker
• You speak basic Dutch or English
• You are physically able to do standing and moving work
• You work accurately and care about delivering quality
• You live in (or near) Bleiswijk or are willing to travel
• You can work independently and as part of a team
