Production & Greenhouse Worker in Bleiswijk

As a Production & Greenhouse Worker, you’re the key link in the logistics process of fresh products. Your day starts with checking the incoming crops and making sure everything stays neat and clean. You mainly work in the greenhouse and processing area, where you sort, package, and prepare products for shipping. Sometimes you’ll also help with planting or propagating young plants. Together with your team, you make sure everything runs smoothly and quality remains high. You contribute to a positive work atmosphere and work closely with your colleagues.

• Checking and sorting products
• Packaging and preparing vegetables and plants for shipment
• Tidying up and keeping your workspace clean
• Assisting with planting and propagating new crops
• Reporting any irregularities to your supervisor
• Thinking along about improvements in the work process

You work Monday through Friday in day shifts between 07:00 and 16:00.

• You have at least VMBO (pre-vocational secondary education) work and thinking level
• Preferably 0 to 2 years of experience in production, logistics, or as a greenhouse worker, production worker, or warehouse worker
• You speak and understand Dutch or English
• You are physically fit and enjoy active work
• You like working together in a team
• You are available for 36 to 40 hours per week
