Order Picker Albert Heijn Roosendaal

We are looking for team players to help prepare customer orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently. As an Order Picker, you will make sure every order is complete and ready for delivery.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Picking online grocery orders
• Checking product quality and accuracy
• Managing and organizing stock
• Working with a handscanner to locate and process products

The scanner provides clear instructions on product locations and quantities, making your work organized and easy to follow.

You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment on a rotating three-shift schedule, six days per week:

• Morning Shift: 06:00 – 14:30
• Afternoon Shift: 14:30 – 23:00
• Night Shift: 23:00 – 06:00

Looking for growth opportunities? High-performing Order Pickers can progress to roles such as Trainer or Team Leader.

To work as an Order Picker at Albert Heijn Roosendaal, you should:

• Be available to work 6 days per week, including weekends
• Be willing to work in a three-shift system
• Be interested in long-term employment

• Starting salary: €16.04 gross per hour (including ADV allowance)
• Salary increase to €16.19 gross per hour after 13 weeks
