Warehouse Administrator Air Cargo – SCHIPHOL-RIJK

As a Warehouse Administrator, you are the link between the warehouse and the administration. You process import and export shipments, handle waybills and documents, and make sure incoming and outgoing goods flows are right on cost, quality, and lead time. You work hands-on on the floor as well as behind the system.The pace is high and shipments run on tight deadlines, so accurate work and switching smoothly between tasks and colleagues matter here. Because of air cargo regulations, safety and correct documentation are not a side issue but the core of the job.Your tasks:

• Process shipments and handle their administration
• Check and process waybills and documents
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods flows
• Keep administration and compliance accurate
• Contribute ideas to improve the logistics process

You work full-time in two shifts: 06:00 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 23:00. Both shifts also run on weekends, with weekend allowance.

• Completed MBO or HBO degree in logistics, administration, or a similar field
• At least 1 year of experience as a warehouse administrator, air cargo employee, or in a comparable role (starters with a relevant degree are also welcome to apply)
• Valid MLV certificate (Air Cargo Security Employee)
• Valid VGB, or a VOG issued before 1 March 2026 combined with a valid MLV
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Willing to work in shifts and on weekends

• Salary between € 2,898.33 and € 3,542.45 per month, depending on experience and age
